Describe products accurately
A useful quotation request begins with your company name, contact details and business activity. List product references next: species and size for seafood, category and pack format for imported food. State the units used. A quantity in cartons is incomplete if carton weight or the number of pieces is unknown.
Set ordering frequency and logistics
Explain whether you need a one-off order or regular supply. Provide quantities per order, the requested schedule and the exact destination. For imports to Mauritania and exports to Europe, Africa, Asia and America, discuss transport responsibilities, receiving arrangements and storage constraints. A requested delivery date does not mean availability has been confirmed.
Review the scope of the offer
Before accepting, compare the quotation with your original list: references, quantities, packaging, prices, delivery and agreed documents. Identify substitutions requiring approval. Keep correspondence and the accepted offer for follow-up. The EURORIM FOODS form lets you submit your professional identity, ordering frequency, delivery address and product and volume details.
