The EURORIM FOODS catalogue includes milk, yogurt, cheese, cream, butter and dairy desserts. Distinguish products intended for resale from those used in food preparation.
Describe required characteristics
Whole and skimmed milk, or thick and liquid cream, meet different requirements. State the type, format, units and acceptable alternatives. Specify plain, stirred, fruit or Greek yogurt where needed.
Check conditions before ordering
Follow storage instructions for each reference; dairy products do not all require identical storage. Confirm dates, packaging and receiving capacity. Catalogue images are illustrative; brands and packs are confirmed in the quotation.
